Problems updating

I am currently running version 8.5 2019-4-15 and would like to update to the latest version before updating my Apple OS. However, in my standard I can see the the server, but there is no further information available hence not possible to update within My Standard. I have also tried to download and install the new version but can't figure out how to connect or import the data from my current version.

Anyone could reach out to me, please?

Hello Stephan,
after login into MyStandard, please select your server from the list of the left side, and then select the option Update Version.
You will be able to update to the latest released version (2019-11-26 Build 85330317).
If you don't see this option, it might be that you don't have the access right to do it, in this case you have to ask at your sys admin.
