Update Hansa from 8.0 to 8.2 (A little urgent)

Hi All,

I have a little urgent question here as we need to upgrade Hansa to 8.0 till the end of this year.

We try to make an upgrade from 8.0 to 8.2.

Problem is when trying to intall it says that there is already one instance of it in the system. We tried to remove service manually and install - it works, and installs it (woohoo!), but then app won't run -.-

So here is the question: what is the proper way of conduct when updating Hansa from 8.0 to 8.2 - is there any manual for that?

Hello,

Please, check if something else is not using the same ports as Hansa service does. The service might be blocked if the ports are used already.
Then, also, please look into the log and see if there is anything posted at the moment you are trying to run the system.

Dear Ewa,

Thank you for this! Apparently I was not able to find that procedure as it was in "Backing Up' section, which - in my opinion - is a bit misleading.

Maybe it would be a good idea to move that article out of that section.
