Não conseguimos arrancar o programa

Hoje ainda não conseguimos arrancar o programa.

Dá o seguinte erro :
Servidor:79.125.110.76 Porta: 17161
O servidor aceitou a ligação, mas não está a responder .
Por favor, tente novamente, ou reinicie o servidor

Como poderemos resolver esta situação ?

Vcs poderiam providenciar maiores detalhes tais como o sistema que vcs estão utilizando e qual a versão?
