Error unpacking message

Hi There,

We are running Hansa version 8.5 build 2019-09-15 and ever since we moved to this version from 8.3 we are getting a message "Error unpacking message, check encryption key in company settings". Does anybody know what this relates to, is it a problem, how do I fix it?

Hello Gary,
it's a bug specific of this version, that we have already fixed.
As soon as we'll finish our internal test on the current release candidate,
please update to the new dated version to solve this issue.
