Hi Support, if a person's profile access rights are controlled by access groups, what impact does the "Start Access Level" have when it is set as Full Access or No Access?
Also, how do you insert a new line with an existing set of access rules with the Access Group table?
Hope that makes sense.
Thanks,
Dil

Hello Dil,
Start access level has two options. When you want to add new user, you need to define, how you will do it. Either by allowing everything and restricting some things, or disabling everything and allowing only for eg. Sales ledger.
So eg.:
You create User DIL, you want to restrict all access, and then to allow module by module.
On "Start Access Level " you select No Access. >> This means DIL won't have any access to any modules. Than via Access rights you set up access for DIL, allowing eg. Sales ledger access.
You cannot copy any line, only way to add additional access is selecting any existing.
For eg. you have SALES access group and Support access groups.
You can open Sales group, and add Support access group on second line " Access Groups". So person will have both groups access.
