Delivery issue

Good afternoon Support,

I hope you are well.

We have an odd issue with an order. A delivery has been issued and completed but it isn't marked on the order. When my colleague tries to create and invoice the system says "create delivery first".

I have attached a screenshot. Let me know if you need any other details and I will forward these to my colleague.

We are running Standard ERP 8.2.

Good day Dil,

In order to update a sales order status, you can run the maintenance in the Sales orders module > Routines > Maintenance > Recalculate orders.

In the "Order" field, enter the order number and tick the checkbox "Delivered Qty".
