my hansa keeps giving error of "service call failed to receive variable arg=3 type=7"

all hansa ports are open. the errors is attached. not sure if this the reason my users keeps being disconnected from hansa.. then its counts then reconnected or a user has to completely exit and start again. this has been common even to users in same subnet as the hansa server.
