No Response from Network SERP 8.5

Today when our users try to log into SERP, upon launching we get the message "No Response from Network" for 6 seconds. Then the normal Login window asking for name and password appears.

After entering username and password we get the message "No Response from Network" for another 6 seconds before the Navigation Centre appears.

SERP also is performing poorly and is unstable with many resorts required.

Hello,

which version are you using? 8.5 2018-12-07 ?
It indicates network slowness.

You can try to set up properly System>>settingS>>optional features>> Performance tab, and select multithread.

Set accordingly to processor cores you have. EG. if you have 8 cores in server, where the ERP server is installed, than set up accordingly:
Report slots - 4
Internet request threads - 2

HTTP - 2
