Standard ERP can't connect

After updating the new version and replacing the old computer, can't log in to the program at all. It's been over a week and can't get any connection to a local helpdesk.

to better understand the situation, we need more information.
From which version to which version you updated?
Are you on Mac or Windows?

Please provide also a customer number, so if you are hosted on HansaWorld Cloud we can analyze your server's log.
