Can't Get enabler

HI
we have shifted our ERP from ubuntu to windows server 2016, the shifting has upgraded it from 8.3 to 8.4. now requesting enabler gives us error(Getting an Enabler failed, Server not responding correctly, please try later).we have tried for a week now.

Hi Moses,

I cannot see any recent enabler requests from our end for Fairtrade. This error message is usually when you cannot reach our server to be able to request or receive the enabler.

A few possible suggestions would be:

- Check that all of the correct ports are open and that your firewall is allowing incoming and outgoing connections.

- Try to restart your server. 



- Try to ping
www.hansaworld.com:80 or www.hansaworld.com


- Someone who is in a different location or on different wifi can log into a client and try request the enabler for you.

Could you please do the following:
1. Request the enabler manually;

2. After this was done, copy hansa.log files from both the server AND the client (from which the enabler was requested) to another location and attach to your following post.

Hi,

We have just reviewed your contract details and fixed several things. Could you try requesting enabler now?

If that fails, we could get you a Web enabler at the moment for you to get out of the restricted mode for now.
To do that, you would need to do the following:
1. In module System>>Settings>>Configuration>>Key Valid Until - specify 31/08/2018 and save the setting;
2. Open the same setting again and copy the value in field Control String;
3. Send this value together with your contract number to uksupport@hansaworld.com (you might want to add the link to this forum post as well).
