We use Discount Matrix on customer accounts quite extensively and have done so for many years. When we upgraded to Version 8.5 2020-01-07 we noted after a few months that some of the Discount Matrix setting on particular customer records were missing. We put this down to the update, we pulled a list of all Discount Matrix for all customers before the upgrade and the same list after the upgrade and compared the two. This comparison was done on 30th July and we had 23 Discount Matrix changes from the version of the data base before the upgrade.


We have since noted some further Discount Matrix changes and have performed the same exercise again. We now have 50 accounts that have lost the Discount Matrix record. There will of course be situations where we change or manually remove the Discount Matrix record from a particular customer but this appears to be happening for no good reason.

There appears to be no consistency in these changes.
