Why is accounting not functioning?

Why is my accounting not functioning? I have bought two of your systems but they are not functioning.

This is not true. I sent your sales about a week ago question of this same and never got an answer.

Can you explain a bit more what you mean by "systems are not functioning"?

Which product are you using? Is it Standard ERP or Standard Accounts or some other of our products?
