Non Balancing Transactions/Round Off

1. The system allows to post a Transactions that not Balance. See Transaction GREC 1832 File
2. When Deleting the Hansa.HDB , create a new database and importing the back up again the system automatically balance this GREC 1832 into an non existing account 99999 See Transaction GREC 1832-2, generating a difference in the Trial balance (the round off amount stay in the limbo). See trial balance file the total line of transactions should be 0

Thank you for information.

We tried to replicate and test in your situation, but no luck to repeat. System in 8.4 version, for us doesn't allow to post unbalanced transactions.
We will try to investigate more.

What settings are you using in System>>settings>> round off ??
VAT calculation >> Per VAT code or Per row?

Per Tax Code.

But I don't thing is a VAT calculation problem since I am having transactions with no tax involve which tGL transactions are not balancing by 0.01 cents. when you try to save them balancing (even the transaction shows that it balance it pump up a sign saying the transaction does not balance so you have to unbalance the transaction to be able to save it.

I am attaching a transaction already save and you can see in Difference is not balancing by 0.01.

Also when I want to do use the Balancing command on the wheel it just take me out from the system
