Supplier Information Message

We have a all supplier message to send out due to change of account information.

Can we load this message into Hansa and have it send the message to all supplier contacts by email? similar to sending out the client statements I imagine but cannot find anything.

Dear Nick,

Do you have CRM module available?
If yes, there are couple of steps you would need to make to send these emails.

1. Create a mailing list:
1.1. Go to CRM>>Registers>>Mailing Lists and select Create>>New Mailing List;
1.2. Create a short code and a comment, then save the record;
1.3. Under Operations Menu select Add or Remove Suppliers;
1.4. If you want all of your suppliers to receive the emails, don't specify anything in the window and only select Run - you will see all of your suppliers listed in the mailing list record.

2. After this, you can create a Customer Letter:
2.1. Go to CRM>>Registers>>Customer Letters and select Create>>New Customer Letter;
2.2. Specify the Mailing List you have just created;
2.3. In the field "Customer" write in * (asterisk symbol);
2.4. You can specify Header (e.g. Dear Suppliers) and Greetings (e.g. Best regards,) under the tab "Header";
2.5. You can compose the email body under the tab "Text";
2.6. After that, save the record and, under operations menu, select Send e-mail functionality.

Thank you for the reply and yes we do have a CRM module.

The instructions were perfect and allowed me to follow them without a hitch.
