Please can you get a more responsive customer support team. I spend hours listening to(and paying for your on hold music.

I have a purchase invoice which has not created a N/L transaction. I know how to resolve this as I have done it many times:

System>>routines>>Maintenance>> Create nominal ledger transactions >> Select either sales or purchase invoices. Run.

But I can no longer see the create nominal ledger transactions on my menu.

Hi David,

This might happened for several reasons, but as a start can you please make check if the invoice Oked or not. If it’s Oked and no transaction created, Then please go to (Purchase ledger Module>Settings>Account usage P/L) and check if all accounts has been set correctly.
