Outstanding Purchase Order Qty

I am having issues with Hansa showing the incorrect qty on purchase order for some of my items.
I have just imported a backup in to the latest 8.4 to see if the issue still exists and there is no difference between my 8.1 and 8.4

Basically hansa is showing that some items have a higher qty on purchase order that they actually do.
How can I re-set the item status so it shows correctly?

Hi,

The data in Item Status bar might have got corrupted. To "re-set" Item Status you can run maintenance in Technics module >> Recalculate Item Status.

Just in case you wish to protect your data against any unexpected turns of events, it is always advisable to make a backup before you run the maintenance.
