Our servers seems to be down, when I try to get into my standard the server says "Node is not reachable". You fire the entire US team, nobody contact us at any point. We don't Know who is managing our hosting or to whom we can address this issue. This is embarrassing. We need someone to contact us more that sending monthly invoices.
