Delete delivery error

When I try to delete an un-oked delivery, I get the following two errors show.

If I close the first dump of call stack error message window, and then click yes or no on the second window, hansa crashes.

Any idea what causes this?
Files are pending for approval

Hi Alan,
I don't recognize that message as part of the Standard nor I'm able to repeat the problem.

Do you have any halcust on you Standard ERP?
If so, looks like caused by that.
