We have just run a version upgrade to 8.5.
The issue is still occurring where we have checked the boxes in the contact record for no mass mailing or mass letters, yet that record email address is still exported to the mailing list in the CRM module.
If this is validated as a issue please treat as high priority fix due to GDPR guidelines.
