Supressing contact from mailing list

The mailing list opt out option in the contact screen does not appear to remove the email address from the CRM mailing list creation.

We need this working to ensure spam mailing does not occur, can we have some advise please ? Ref: GDPR

Its version 8.4, build 84192011.

We have just run a version upgrade to 8.5.

The issue is still occurring where we have checked the boxes in the contact record for no mass mailing or mass letters, yet that record email address is still exported to the mailing list in the CRM module.


If this is validated as a issue please treat as high priority fix due to GDPR guidelines.

Thats great, please advise version release for this to be fixed when ready.

As a note the full upgrade from 8.4 to 8.5 really messed up our HAL code so this needs to be kept in mind when recommending upgrades to those who have customised use of HAL.

We always recommend to check all HALS, especially between different version updates. It's partners responsibility to check before any update.

Hello Nick,

This no mass mailing no mass letters was fixed 2019-02-09. So the current released version of 2019-03-22 has to have this fix.
