Letters sent to show on status screen

Morning

Although you can see letters sent by using the 'Letter List'report in the CRM module, is there a way to see this on the customer / supplier, status screen please ?

This way when you are speaking to a client on an enquiry you can easily see which letter they are referring to ?

Hi Tomas

Ive found how to do this.

Use the customer letter screen in the CRM module and create a workflow activity.


This will add the activity to each client which is on the associated mailing list to that customer letter.

Only note is to make sure the header line is clear as that is what the system adds to the customer status screen


**JUST MAKE SURE IT IS ALL SET BEFORE YOU CLICK WORKFLOW ACTIVITY AS THIS WILL BE GENERATED IN A BLINK OF AN EYE**

Hello,

no email feature is not supported.

All settings what can be seen on customer status can be seen in CRM>>Settings>>Info in Customer Status Report
This setting is customizable by contact.

Hello,

this wish is on dev roadmap, but we do not guarantee when it will be done.

If you really need it, you can ask partners to program it for you via HAL.
