Windows has low memory.

Hi, seeking some help please.

We recently updated Standard ERP to version 8.5 in August.

Since then, our Win11 users have been experiencing constant messages regarding low memory in windows (Please see attached screenshot) These users are using Surfacebook 5's and have 8GB of RAM.

The issue never used to occur before the update and also does not occur for our Mac users.

Thus far, I have tried to resolve the issue by increasing the Virtual memory on these devices but the notifications still persist. I have ensured that the devices are completely up to date via Windows update and have also updated all other drivers.

The pop up seems to pop up at random times such as when converting a report to an excel doc or even when just opening up a PDF within Teams.

From what I can establish 8GB Ram should be more than enough for our needs as we are not working with huge datasets and as mentioned the issue never used to occur before the recent update in August.

Please can you offer me any advice on what I can do to troubleshoot this issue further. Are there any patches which may address this issue? Is it possible I could obtain and continue to use the older version? I am starting to think that the problem may lie in the 8.5 version not being optimised as well as it could be to run on windows 11.

Please help!

Many thanks,
