Cant create a new record for item or customer

Hello

I really need some help. Every time I try to add a new record for a new item I have I get the programme not responding notice and it shuts down. I now can't invoice my new product or my new customers which is causing me a big problem. please help me sort this.

Sorry for the late response. However, I would need a few details from you to be able to help you out.

1. Can you provide your company name?
2. Can you provide your customer code? You can find this by selecting "Marketplace" from the Navigation Centre, and then selecting "My Account". The customer code will be displayed as the first line of your account details.
