If you would like to print out all journal entries to 1 account, then you can do that from General Ledger report.
Go to General Ledger module, open Reports and from there search for General Ledger.
You can specify a period to the Period field to be anything from 1 day to multiple years.
The Loop 1 field is meant for an Account. You can specify 1 GL account or a range (separating them with colon (:)). For example accounts 1010:1015 - this will show info for accounts 1010, 1011, 1012, 1013, 1014, 1015.

If you leave the Loop 1 field empty, then the report will show journal entries for all accounts (basically all journal entries ever created either manually or from sub-systems).
