Każdy dokument, aby został wydrukowany, musi mieć zdefiniowany formularz. HansaWorld nie dostarcza gotowych formularzy do wszystkich dokumentów, jedynie do tych najważniejszych.

Formularz można zdefiniować samodzielnie w:
System > Kartoteki > Formularze.
