Witam,

D4 świadczy o uszkodzeniu bazy danych.
Zalecamy jak najszybsze podjęcie kroków w celu uratowania danych. Być może dane są już nieodwracalnie uszkodzone i będzie konieczność cofnięcia się do ostatniej nieuszkodzonej kopii zapasowej.
