Uppdatering från 8.2 till 8.4

Hej!

Jag försöker uppdatera från version 8.2.210206 till version 8.4.160009 men får svaret "Incompatible version of database found. Can´t proceed: exe 8416 db 8221". Hur uppdaterar jag databasen?
Den datan som skall användas är "TB170913.TXT.bz2" och ingenting annat!!
