Hei!

Tilanne riippuu siitä, mikä tuote on käytössä. Vanhoihin Books ja FirstOffice -ohjelmistoihin ei pääsääntöisesti saa enää tietokanta-avaimia, sillä kyseiset tuotteet ovat poistuneet tuotevalikoimastamme.

Standard ERP:ssä ja Enterprisessä uuden tietokanta-avaimen saa haettua seuraavalla tavalla:
1. Järjestelmä-moduuli
2. Asetukset > Verkkopalvelut, rekisteröinti (tietokanta-avain)
3. Valitaan painike "Hae tietokanta-avain"
