Hope you are patient with me on this one. Could it be the way Hansa is installed? You might have to run through the recommended setup process for Windows if that is that is the case.
The way I install Hansa is to copy the folder from a working machine and create a shortcut on the desktop. The users who get this message arent the machines that I have installed Hansa. If I re-install Hansa is the way I do it ok?
If then the error occurs, am I pulling the log file from the client machine? Where do I look for that log?
