Yes, that is fine.
There is no SendM4 message in the log file, which might suggest the error only appears on client. Would you be able to reinstall the client for a selected user that is getting the error and observe if the error still appears?
If yes, then please, send us the log file again with the exact time the error occured - to allow us investigate the logs of that exact time.
