In response to your e-mail of 2018-11-13. I have checked with our mail provider regarding the blacklisting of @hansaworld.com and they find nothing on our mail server that should create a problem for e-mails getting through from your domain. Could you please give me the message you received about being blacklisted on our mail server? That might be helpful in sorting this out. If our mail provider cannot find the problem, I am not sure what to do. We have received e-mails from HansaWorld previously with no problem.
Thank you for your clarification about "ASP Cloud-node för Windows". We run Standard ERP on Mac – can we still use the Cloud-node for Windows? When I log in to MyStandard there is nothing there. In a previous support answer from 2017-02-01 I was told that I did not have a Cloud-node installed but never found out how to install it.
