Short cuts

We are having problems with Hansa and our ‘Short cuts’, they sometimes do not work.
It is an intermittent problem, meaning it only happens some time, and it has only happened this year. Last year we did not have this problem.
It is not all the short cuts that stop working all at once, only some of them.

We are 3 people who is using Hansa daily, but we do not have the same problem at the same time. Also I seem to have more problems than my colleagues.


To correct the problem we have to close down Hansa and start it up again. Sometimes more than once.

We got an error message saying; Vindues definition mangler; VIL Class

What customer number do you have. I would like to check which version of ERP you are using, maybe you should update the ERP to a newer version in MyStandard.

Hello again.

Version 8.2 is a very old version, i would recommend that you download a newer version on MyStandard, and see if this solves the issue that you are having regarding shortcuts in ERP.

1. Go to mystandard.hansaworld.com, log in using your Standard ID + password (admin user)
2. Go to "Update Version" choose Country= Sweden and Release Version 8.4
3. See that the server updates, then please restart the server by choosing "Restart" See that the server is restarting.
4. Start up ERP and accept it being updated.
