Hi,

We still have Hansa in restrictive mode. Yesterday we asked for a 2 days enabler but have not got anything.

I guess this issue is for the company 46904960 The Real Stevia Company AB (former Granular AB)

I checked the invoice register and see that all payments has been registered.

Please check if you can get enabler key:
1. Start up ERP
2. Go to Module-System>>Settings>>Internet Enablers>>Get Enabler Key

If you are unable to get this key, then i would suggest paying the old invoice no.371081 that was sent to 46904960 Granular AB (now The Real Stevia Company AB) on the 2018.01.02
This invoice has been sent to you earlier by mail from us.

Hi Per,

We can not pay an invoice for Granular AB, Granular AB went in bankrupsy. Moreover, We are differnt companies, and we paid April -June for The Real Stevia company, so it do not have sence to pay invoice 371081(corresponds to period march-maj). It will be like paying twice.

When trying to get an enabler appears the message “Your contract is not in a valid stage (not signed or cancelled).


I wonder if the problem is with the invoices or the contract?

Hello again.

Your issue has raised legal questions from us regarding giving your company access to data that belongs to another company.

Has Granular AB been completely wound up, or is there some liquidator or receiver that we could contact?

Regarding The Real Stevia Company AB - we kindly ask you to send us a mail explaining your connection to Granular AB and why you need access to data of a now bankrupt company.

You can send the mail to: norway@hansaworld.com

If you want to get access you also need to arrange payment of the old invoice - we can reissue to the new company name if needed.
Plus one month invoice for the current month or period for which you need to access the system.

Please be aware Hansa has a contract signed with The Real Stevia company AB. We paid all the invoices up to September. Therefore we do not understand the requierement regarding the payment of a new month ??? Moreover we do not understand why we can not have access to the Hansa for a week now.
