please compare the versions of Standard Accounts client and server. They always need to match in order to work together. You can see the server version on the mystandard page and the client version when you go to the client menu, click on Standard Accounts and About Standard Accounts. Please see if the versions really are not the same. You can get the current Standard Accounts version from our homepage standard-accounts.com
