Hi,
Yes, we have upgraded to Standard Accounts.. Our contact number is 1030275

Our module Redovisning is nor up to date. Our Resultaträkning is not up to date with Invoices and deposits. I have ordered Integrerad bokföring, but nothing has changed and I do not know if Integrerad bokföring is active or not in our system. I do not know why the system is not working properly.

You should be able to find your open invoices on marketplace >> invoices or via mystandard.hansaworld.com >> invoices. We are working on improving this functionality, so you will see new updates and continuous improvements.

Hello,
I can see that your customer card is closed.

Your customer card has been closed as you had an invoice with due date 17-03-2017 which was not paid until 02-11-2017. As the invoice has now been paid, I have opened your customer number.

Please go to the marketplace and subscribe to integrated accounting, and other in-apps which you want.

In order for nominal ledger transactions to be generated, please do the following:
Module: system
Routines: Maintenance
Create N/L transactions
If you have a numberseries, you can write the numberseries the following way 10001:10200

Thanks for your notice. Once I found out that the system was not updated I could not see that we had had an unpaid invoice. I could not see that in the system and I did not get a reminder from Hansa. The system just closed down. Once I got to know I payed it rapidly. The question is where the invoices can be found and payed in Standard Accounts.
