Standard ID - Hansa not working after update

Hi ,

We updated Hansa last week. Now the service is stopped. Try running Hansa-cloudnode an continue with problems. Donot have a Standard Id and not know what to do. All our oprganization is stopped. WE need your help urgently.

The message is :

Could not connect to the server. It might not be running, the port might be blocked, or it is not properly setup.

I understand you structure to give support, but in cases like this you should have a different approach in support.At least you could allow the user to classify the importance of the question. We cannot wait few days while we get an answer.

Which company is this regarding? If you let me know I will have a look at the server and see what might be the issue.

I can see that you are having some issues with your cloud node. Is your system not accessible at all right now?

That is good to hear. There still seems to be issues with your cloud node but as long as you can access the system you do not need to worry about that for now. Our technical staff will look into the issue and once it's solved you will be able to use the services offered on MyStandard. If you have issues in the future when the cloud node is up and running properly you can restart it through MyStandard which usually is what is needed if a problem occurs.
