Standard account problem

Hej. Har otroligt stora problem med vårat standard account 8.1
Ni måste fr.o.m 16/8 låsa upp matknadsplatsen varje dag blir utkastat ideligen och det funkar bara dåligt ! Finns det uppgradering ? Hur installeras den i så fall ?
