Good day



I am having a problem with 2 machines sent to stores the other day, it refuses to open attachments, i have updated the C++ to latest and the .net to latest.



i have tried Acrobat and Foxit, changes default settings, i have checked firewall settings as well.


Still cannot come right?

I need to get more information about the issue you are facing so we can help you solving it,

Is your issue to open attachments to a specific register, and what are the types of attachments that you try to open? and are you able to download these attachments from that record?
