Hi

We have a mutual customer who would like to export their data to a xlsx or csv file for mailing etc.

Is there a function within Standard ERP on an additional module they need to purchase?

Hi Gary,

When you are on the report specification window please press on the Excel button, this will extract the information in an Excel format

Another way is to select the Clipboard button, a copy of the report will be put in the Clipboard. Then you can 'Paste' the copy in as many other locations (TXT) or (Excel)as required.

Please have a look in the attachment to see these 2 buttons

Please inform me if that could he you, or if other information needed
