If our customers are unable to receive internet enabler then they have the possibility to request a short term enabler (STE) in MyStandard.

Many thanks. We are in the UK.
For version 8.4 some of our customers (schools) struggle to get the ports open they think they have but sometimes haven't. This is why we need a plan B for a few of them whilst they sort themselves out.
