Deleting Payables

I created and ok'd a payable I don't need, is it better to delete or invalidate the payable? There was no payment made on this payable.

If the Payable is already OK'd, then it is not possible to delete these records.

If you dont need them anymore, then the best is to Invalidate.
To Invalidate a record, please open that record and then from the 'Record' menu select 'Invalidate'.
