Olá Bom dia,

A mensagem que obtém significa que já criou no sistema um Recibo com data de 14/12/2015 com o Ok dado e guardado.

Devido às regras de certificação o sistema não lhe permite recuar no tempo criando recibos com datas anteriores à data mais recente no sistema.
