Bom dia

De acordo com a sua descrição:
A factura 120 tem ND 121, e criou NC 122 a partir da Nota de debito 121.
A nota de Débito já esta anulada, não pode por isso fazer outra NC para este registo

A fatura ainda está em aberto, podendo criar a Nota de Crédito a partir da Fatura 120

Pode confirmar que a fatura está em aberto através do relatório Faturas a receber.
