Erro acesso

O programa está a dar erro no acesso, efectuamos o login normal e depois é reencaminhado para nova password e após colocar novamente os dados, aparece a mensagem de que a password antiga esta incorrecta. Não conseigo aceder ao programa. Como posso resolver esta questão?
