Olá Bruce,
exclua sua instalação atual e faça o download de uma nova no seguinte link:


https://standardinstall.com/main/download?file=%2Fdownloads%2Fpackages%2F85300029%2Fstandardaccounts%2Fgbr%2Fstandardaccounts.dmg&ss=320809&dlsource=standard-install.com

Em seguida, abra o novo aplicativo e acesse:
Inserir Info Empresa>>Ligar à Empresa

Digite o nome da sua empresa (Crueza Lda)


Botão>>Procurar

Selecione sua empresa na lista

Botão>>Ligar
