To stop receiving notifications on forum posts unmark the star icon macOS

I have been trying to purchase apps for Customer No 1079304 but everytime i input the credit card details i get the below error yet all the details are correct. Kindly help

Hi Reino,

Advise on how to pay via paypal as when i click on activate, it directs me to credit card details.

Alternatively can we pay via Swift? and share the swift advice here to facilitate activation?
