I am using Standard Accounts 8.4.2017 - see attachment. I did my bookkeeping until 30 Sept 2017, all was fine.
When I tried to login last weekend (12 November 2017) I cannot login any longer. It keeps telling me my user name or password is incorrect; i reset it numerous times and still does not let me log in. I can login to your website with my user name and password but not the app.
I even tried different standard IDs - nothing is working. How do i get access or can at least save my data and use another software if this is not working? I need urgent access for tax reasons.
