Added module doesnt appear

Dear Support,

We have 7.2 as live and Standard ERP 8.2 for testing but this happens on both. I am trying to add the module "User Settings" for a user but it doesnt appear on the module list for the user.

I then add Technics, which does appear. And 99% of the time it works. What could be stopping the module User Settings from appearing on that user's list?

Dear Dil,

Has the user logged out from the system and then back in?

If yes, please ensure that the module is properly added in the end of the access group matrix (so that no other line overrides the definition) and that the group is properly assigned to the user.

Dear Martins,

I have been testing it as the user and have tried the logout/login process.

Strange part of this is if I add the module Technics straight after the line for User Settings, the module Techinics appears and User Settings still does not.

The list is not long so I can't see what would be overridding that line?

My workaround is to change the "No access" to "Full access" and then all the modules appear but that is not ideal.

I can send screenshots if that helps.

Hope the above all makes sense.

By the way it looks like the email alerts have stopped each time a ticket is updated.

Has the user one access group assigned or several, divided with comma?

As we found out from the screenshots ad several exchanged mails, the issue is in a fact that the last module in the list is not displayed on Windows computers till you search for it.

We will report this issue to HansaWorld and in the next software versions I'm sure it will be fixed!
