I've bought and subscribed to Price Lists, today it doesn't reflect and want me to subscribe and pay again?

When I want to print my quotations, it's says "NO FORM DEFINED. PLEASE CHECK THE FORM DEFINITION" I looked back to the forum and the advise given doesn't help. There is no form option when I switch Module to SYSTEM > REGISTERS > no form option only USERS?

Regarding the forms, did you subscribe to the forms module, This function enables you to make changes to the designs of your Standard Documents such as Quotations, Order Confirmations and Invoices.
