Hansa 7.2 on Win 8

Dear Support,

We are running Hansa 7.2. What do we need to do to run a Windows 8 Client? I have installed the app but get the following message "Bad or not allowed HAL or HOB file in client halcust/SmartView/datadef.hal".

Will it do the same on Windows 10?
