Hej Fredrik,

Använder du möjligtvis webbläsaren Safari? När jag själv testar får jag problem med nedladdningen när jag använder Safari men med Chrome går det bra. Dina backuper finns i vilket fall som helst i molnet och problemet med Safari kommer att åtgärdas.
